With the by,schulz Stem Shim handlebar reduction sleeve, handlebars with a clamping diameter of 25.4 mm can be combined with stems with a clamping diameter of 31.8 mm. For installation, the open, one-piece sleeve is simply pushed over the clamping area of the handlebar center and bent closed by hand. This eliminates the need to change handlebars or the time-consuming removal and installation of attachments such as shifters, brake levers, grips, etc.. The black anodized aluminium reduction sleeves have a collar on both sides and are available in widths of 41 and 43 mm.
