The Speedlifter Ready Kit consists of 2 parts, a reinforcement sleeve with collar and a 7 mm high aluminum spacer. The blue anodized version is available for 1 ⅛” aluminium steerer tubes, the gold anodized version for steel steerer tubes. For factory-slotted steerer tubes, the reinforcement sleeve with collar is optionally used to reinforce the steerer tube if no Speedlifter system is directly installed. It is also used as a dismantling sleeve for bicycles with a slotted steerer tube on which a Speedlifter was installed. After fitting the Speedlifter Ready-Kit 1 1/8” reinforcement sleeve, the slotted steerer tubes can be reinstalled with Head stems.
