e-Bikelifter BM-65 Cargo+

The Cargo+ e-Bikelifter, developed by by,schulz, is designed for bicycles, e-bikes, and cargo bikes. Its sturdy, battery-powered design features a solid aluminum lifting column and an internal toothed belt drive. The system allows bicycle mechanics to work flexibly and comfortably in the service shop.

Two foot switches integrated into the steel base plate allow for easy foot-operated lifting. Combined with a sensitive stop system, this enables the mechanic to raise and lower the clamped bicycle smoothly and continuously. The sturdy base plate is equipped with four leveling feet for floor leveling.

Thanks to high-quality transport casters, a single person can easily move the entire lift by the handles mounted on the back of the lifting column. The built-in battery provides an autonomous power supply, enabling flexible, off-grid operation.

The e-Bikelifter is the result of a successful collaboration between the Danish company Hovmand and the German company by,schulz. This partnership has produced a mobile, sturdy, workshop-quality lifting device designed specifically for bicycles, e-bikes, and cargo bikes. With its integrated transport casters and two built-in, high-performance batteries, the by,schulz e-Bikelifter Cargo+ offers the flexibility and endurance to work wherever you want. The e-Bikelifter can be operated at any time, with minimal effort, and independently of the power grid. The maximum lifting capacity is 65 kg, and the overall height is approximately 1950 mm. With a width of approximately 780 mm, it fits through virtually any door.

The basic version does not include a clamp arm. The universal clamp arm mount on the basic mounting plate allows the use of many different commercially available clamp arms from Feedback Sports, Park-Tool, VAR and others.

The oversized clamp can be quickly adapted to any frame tube up to 80 mm.
It has excellent frame clamping thanks to the rubber clamp covers.
The micro-adjustable clamping pressure prevents damage to thin-walled tubes.

The manually adjustable 3-point holder Pro instantly upgrades our BM-65 e-Bikelifter mounting stand with an even more flexible and secure mounting arm.

Thanks to the 3-point clamping system, the frame is secured gently and absolutely safely using three individually adjustable support rollers or support pins. This makes the system ideal even for delicate carbon or aluminum frames. An integrated fall protection device also prevents sudden sagging and ensures maximum safety at any working height.
