Here you will find the necessary steps to do so:

If your by,schulz product, e.g. a seat post, is damaged or if parts subject to wear and tear have to be replaced under warranty, you should follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us in advance by phone at +49 (0) 681 – 95 97 25 0 and briefly consult with us to quickly assess the problem.
  2. Download the return form and fill it in completely.  If possible, write an accurate description of the errors occurring.
  3. Do not forget to enclose a copy of the purchase receipt to ensure a warranty claim and free repair.
  4. Send your product (e.g. seat post) to us.

As soon as we receive your product, our service department will check it directly and process it accordingly. Likewise, it will be checked whether our service is within the scope of the warranty. If there are any charges, we will contact you beforehand to get your approval. After we have repaired your product, we will send it back to you as soon as possible.
