Here are the steps you need to take:
If your by,schulz product, such as a seat post, is damaged or wear parts need to be replaced under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Please contact us in advance by phone at +49 (0) 681 – 95 97 25 0 and briefly discuss the issue with us so that we can quickly assess the problem.
- Download the return form and fill it out completely. Please provide as detailed an error message as possible.
- Don’t forget: be sure to include a copy of the proof of purchase to ensure warranty coverage and free repairs.
- Send your product (e.g., seat post) to us.
As soon as we receive your product, it will be checked by our service department and processed accordingly. We will also check whether our service is covered by the warranty. If there are any costs involved, we will contact you in advance to obtain your consent. Once we have repaired your product, we will return it to you as quickly as possible.
