On this page you will find our return receipt, the general terms and conditions and the order form. If your seat post is damaged or the parts subject to wear need to be replaced, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by phone at +49 (0) 681 – 59 59 81 18 and consult us
- Complete our return form in full and
- provide a detailed error message for the product.
- Attach a copy of the proof of purchase and
- send your seat post to us.
As soon as we receive your seat post, our service will restore it. We will also check your complete seat post carefully. We will also check whether our service is within the scope of the guarantee. We will contact you if any costs arise. After we have repaired your seat post we will send it back to you on the same day.
