If your byschulz product, such as a seat post, is damaged or if you need to replace parts that are subject to wear and tear under warranty, you should follow these steps:
Contact us beforehand by phone at +49 (0) 681 – 59 59 81 18 and talk to us briefly to quickly assess the problem.
Download the return note and fill it in completely. Write an exact error message if possible.
Don’t forget to enclose a copy of the sales receipt to ensure a warranty claim and free repair.
Send your seat post to us.
As soon as we receive your product, our service department will check it directly and process it accordingly. They will also check whether our service is within the scope of the warranty. If there are any costs involved, we will contact you beforehand to obtain your agreement. After we have repaired your product we will send it back to you as soon as possible.
